Using LeaseCheetah means agreeing to the following — kept short because none of it is surprising.

This is information, not an offer

LeaseCheetah aggregates lease programs advertised by vehicle manufacturers. Nothing on this site is an offer to lease or sell a vehicle, a quote, or financial, legal, or tax advice. A lease is a contract between you and a dealer or leasing company — its actual terms are set there, not here. That's equally true of anything LeaseCheetah tells you through an AI assistant.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep the data current and correct, but manufacturer offers change frequently, sometimes regionally, sometimes mid-program. The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, and we can't guarantee any offer shown is still available or available to you. Always confirm current terms, availability, and eligibility with a dealer before making decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeaseCheetah isn't liable for decisions made in reliance on the information here.

Asking us to contact a dealer

You can ask LeaseCheetah to pass your request for an offer to a dealer — with the form on an offer’s page, or by confirming a request in an AI assistant connected to LeaseCheetah. Either way, you’re asking us to send that dealer your name, email address, ZIP code, the offer you chose, and your phone number if you gave one, so the dealer can contact you about that lease. It’s free. The dealer is independent of us: we don’t control what they offer you, whether they reply, or whether they honor an advertised program, and any lease you sign is between you and them. Only send your own details. Every request comes with a link that deletes them whenever you like — see the privacy policy.

Using LeaseCheetah through an AI assistant

LeaseCheetah runs a service at mcp.leasecheetah.com that AI assistants — Meta AI, ChatGPT, Claude and others — can use on your behalf. Your assistant is a separate product with its own terms, and it may summarize or reword what we return; the figures on leasecheetah.com are the ones we stand behind, and a dealer is always sent the offer as we publish it, which your assistant is given to show you before you confirm. Signing in through an assistant uses your name and an email address you confirm with a code, so keep that email account your own; you can disconnect LeaseCheetah from your assistant at any time. Vehicle manufacturer names, model names, and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear here to identify the vehicles and offers being described. LeaseCheetah is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer or dealer.

The site itself

Don't scrape this site. It's built for people shopping for a lease, not for automated collection. The one automated route is the assistant service above, for answering the questions of the person an assistant is working for — not for copying our data in bulk. Don't misrepresent our data as your own, and don't submit other people's information through any form or assistant.
