Privacy policy

LeaseCheetah is a browse-without-an-account site: you can use everything on it without giving us any personal information. This page describes the two situations where data is involved — the optional deal-alert signup, and advertising — in plain language.

What we collect, and why

• Deal-alert signups. If you use the signup form, we store what you enter: your first name, email address, and optionally the brand and model you're watching. We use it for exactly one thing — emailing you about lease deals per the consent on the form. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing stops all of it. We don't sell or rent this information to anyone.
• Aggregate analytics. We use a privacy-focused analytics service (Ahrefs Analytics) to count page views in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not build profiles of individual visitors.

Signup data is stored in our database, hosted on Supabase's cloud infrastructure in the United States. To have your signup data corrected or deleted, email hello@leasecheetah.com from the address you signed up with and we'll take care of it.

Advertising and cookies

LeaseCheetah is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Like most ad-funded sites, this means third-party vendors — including Google — may set and read cookies in your browser when you visit:

• Google uses advertising cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google in Google Ads Settings, and from many other advertising vendors at www.aboutads.info.
• These cookies belong to and are controlled by the advertising vendors, not by LeaseCheetah; their use is governed by Google's policy on data from partner sites.

LeaseCheetah itself sets no tracking cookies of its own.
